Refund policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any items. This policy is in place to maintain consistency and fairness for all customers.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within two days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at giriluxe.myshopify.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. Keep the items in their original packaging and include a note if sending them back.

Postage costs 
Initial postage cost will NOT be refunded.
